Magpie x Hornsea Cat Mini Ornament - Orange

A little orange cat with a proper Hornsea pedigree. This Magpie x Hornsea mini cat ornament is made from hand-glazed stoneware and comes in a matching design gift box.

Small enough for a shelf, desk or a spot beside your favourite ceramics, it brings one of Hornsea's much-loved animal designs back in miniature.

Why you'll love it

• The miniature cat brings a 1967 Hornsea design into a small display space.
• At 7.5cm high it can sit beside books or other ceramics.
• Hand glazing gives each orange cat slight differences.

A cat from the Hornsea archives

Hornsea Design Director John Clappison originally drew these cats for ceramic cruet sets produced in 1967. Magpie have redrawn the original illustrations held in the Hornsea Museum archive, using authentic Hornsea colours from the period for the glaze.

Each stoneware cat is glazed by hand, so every little ornament has its own finish.
