We currently ship within Australia only.


Processing Times

Orders are generally dispatched within 1 -2 business days.

Pre-order, custom-made, or made-to-order items will include estimated production and dispatch timeframes within the product listing.

Dispatch times may vary during collection launches, promotional periods, or public holidays.


Shipping Rates

$18 Expedited Flat Rate Australia-Wide Shipping

Securely packaged with recycled packaging materials, Tracking provided. 

We offer free standard shipping Australia-wide on orders over $150, excluding furniture, oversized goods, and custom-made items.

We are experienced with packaging fragile and vintage items safely. 

Shipping rates are displayed at checkout prior to purchase.


Delivery Timeframes

Delivery estimates provided at checkout are supplied by the postal carrier and are intended as guides only.

Currently, we offer Standard Australia Post shipping services only.

Estimated delivery timeframes including handling are typically:

  • Metro areas: approximately 4 -10 business days
  • Regional areas: approximately 7–14 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on location, weather events, peak shipping periods, or carrier delays.


Tracking

Tracking information will be emailed once your parcel has been dispatched.

If you do not receive tracking details within the expected processing timeframe, please contact us at hello@fawne.com.au


Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is delayed, damaged, or appears lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will assist with tracking enquiries and work with the postal carrier to investigate delivery issues where appropriate.

While delivery timeframes are outside our direct control once an order has been dispatched, we will always work with customers to find a fair and reasonable outcome in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.


Authority to Leave

If you authorise a parcel to be left unattended at the delivery address, Fawne is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage occurring after confirmed delivery by the carrier.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are accurate at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.
