Vintage Hornsea Contrast Teapot, 5 Cups & Saucers

Chocolate-brown glaze, a black band and one fine white stripe. This vintage Hornsea Contrast tea set was designed by Martin Hunt in 1974, with white interiors that live up to the range's name.

The set includes one teapot, five cups and five matching saucers in Hornsea's Vitramic stoneware. Excellent vintage condition is noted, with clean interiors and an even glaze. It is enough for tea with company, with the dark exteriors and white interiors giving every cup a little contrast.
